Summary Leader of the opposition in NA says meeting on National security should not be delayed.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Leader of the opposition in National Assembly Syed Khurshid Shah has said that new name will be provided if any legal complication comes on the way to the appointment of justice (rtd) Rana Bhagwan Das as Chairman NAB.
Talking to media outside parliament house on Wednesday he said that we have persuaded Rana Bhagwan Das for his appointment as Chairman National Accountability Bureau, while justice (rtd) Sardar Raza has not been contacted so far in this regard.
He said that it should be investigated that how Abbottabad Commission Report was leaked out. During the PPP regime no national secret was leaked out while in the first month of PML-N government such secrets have come to public.
Meeting on National security should not be delayed as it is a national issue, and it be not linked to Imran Khan of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf. Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s visit to China instead of Saudi Arab after becoming in government is meaningful, he added.
Replying to query he said that it is wrong statement by government that they have paid the circular debt of PPP. PPP also paid outstanding dues of Pervez Musharraf regime.
