Summary Court has ordered to present ex-president Pervez Musharraf in court or jail on next hearing.
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News):- Anti Terrorism Court while showing its resentment has remarked that if former military general is not presented in the court on next hearing regarding Benazir murder case, the court would order to have a jail trial.
ATC special court judge Chaudhry Habibur Rehman conducted hearing of Benazir murder case.
The court was told that Pervez Musharraf could not be brought to the court due to security risk.
The court reprimanded the SSP Operation who requested to grant him last chance for implementation on court order.
Prosecutor Chaudhry Azher was of the view that presence of Musharraf is inevitable at the time of delivery of chalan copies and on the eve of framing of charges.
Upon this, the court ordered that is the last chance after which no excuse would be acceptable.
The hearing of case was postponed by July 30.
