Summary Shortfall of electricity is increasing with the roughness in weather.
LAHORE (Dunya News):-Despite tall claims of the newly elected government, shortfall of electricity is going up with the passage of time as people in rural areas are bound to face loadshedding for more than 18 hours while urban areas have badly suffered more than 12 hours.
A spokesman of the Power and Water Ministry said in Islamabad today that electric generation is 12150 megawatts while the demand is 16400 megawatts. There is a shortfall of 4250 megawatts.
Long and unannounced phase of loadshedding has made the lives of people full sufferings and agonies even drinking water is as they have deprived of drinking water.
