LAHORE (Dunya News):-Lahore High Court has declared the petition moved by Ahad Cheema against appointment of Director General Land Development Authority (LDA) as maintainable.
When the court resumed hearing of the case, the petitioner’s lawyer told the court that Ahad Cheema is officer of Grade 19 but he has been appointed on the post which demands officer of Grade 20. This step is absolutely illegal and unconstitutional.
The petitioner prayed to the court this appointment should be declared null and void without any delay.
The court has accepted the petition for hearing and sought an explanation from the government within a week.
