Summary Supreme Court has declared it against principles of equality and the constitution.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News):-Supreme Court has declared the Sindh Police Shoulder Promotion Act against the spirit of law and the constitution and ordered to withdraw the shoulder promotion.
The court also ordered that the employees who joined police should be sent back to their departments and illegal promotions should be taken back.
All the promotions against rules and regulations under Sindh Civil Servant Act from January 22 also have been declared null and void.
