RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) - The special ATC judge Chaudhry Habibur Rehman will resume hearing of Benazir Bhutto murder case today.
During the previous proceeding, FIA prosecutor Chaudhry Azhar did not appear in the court while a joint investigation team had submitted an application in Anti-Terrorism Court seeking more time for completing challan in Benazir Bhutto assassination case.
The court granted the request and directed Chaudhry Azhar to present the charge sheet on the next hearing of the case.
