Summary A three-member SC bench will resume hearing of a suo motu case on load shedding today.

 

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - A three-member bench of the Supreme Court (SC), headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, will resume hearing of suo motu case on load shedding today.

 

National Transmission and Dispatch Company (NTDC) will submit a new report during today’s hearing.

 

The same bench will also hear a case of delay in start of two mega projects. PML-N leader had challenged the delay in Nandipur and Chichun Ki Malian power projects in the apex court.

 

The court will also hear a case against irregularities in LPG quota today.

 

Another three-member bench, also headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, will announce verdict in case of appointments and transfers made by caretaker government.
