Charsadda: Flood in Kabul River inundates village

Summary Provincial government has warned the people to migrate to peaceful place.


CHARSADDA (Dunay News):-Jamot village in the suburb of Peshawar was inundated due to flood in Kabul River on Saturday. 

 

Influential person diverted the direction of the water in order to save their agricultural land due to which dozens of acres agricultural land of the poor people inundated.


Irrigation and other related departments have warned the area people to evacuate villages as a precautionary measure.
While keeping in view the very critical situation, more than 60 families have migrated to secure areas for survival.


It is deplorable to say that none of the government official has visited the affected areas in order to assist the stranded people.


It has become routine in Pakistan that influential landlords prefer to secure themselves at the cost of poor people.
