KARACHI (Dunya News) – An anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Karachi is scheduled to announce its verdict in the Shahzeb Khan murder case at 12 noon today (Friday).

 

Shahrukh Jatoi, Nawab Siraj Ali Talpur, his younger brother Nawab Sajjad Ali Talpur and their house servant Ghulam Murtaza Lashari were charged with killing Shahzeb Khan, son of DSP Aurangzeb.

 

Anti-Terrorist Court judge Ghulam Mustafa Memon will announce the judgment. The accused have been presented in the court.

 

21-year-old Shahzeb Khan was gunned down on December 24, 2012 in Defence Housing Authority (DHA) when he was returning home along with his sister after attending a wedding. He was murdered reportedly after he had an altercation with one of the suspects’ servant who had allegedly given verbal threats to the victim’s sister.
