ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - A three-member bench of the Supreme Court (SC), headed by Justice Jawwad S. Khawaja, will resume hearing a set of petitions seeking the initiation of a treason case against the former president Pervez Musharraf today.
Lawyers for both sides have completed their arguments. Meanwhile, the Attorney General will asked about the new stance of the federal government in this regard.
On the other hand, a larger nine-member bench of the apex court, headed bu Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, will hear review petitions against its decision to strike down Pakistan Steel Mills (PSM) privatization.
The apex court had strike down PSM privatization some six years back.
