ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Former Chairman NAB Admiral (retd) Fasih Bukhari on Friday submitted a petition in the Supreme Court to review its judgment in which his appointment was declared null and void.
Meanwhile‚ a 27-page detailed judgment of the case was released by the Supreme Court today. The judgment was prepared by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa.
In its ruling, the Supreme Court declared that opposition leader Chaudhry Nisar was not taken into confidence regarding Fasih Bukhari’s appoiontment as Chairman of the National Accountability (NAB).
