Summary The Lahore High Court has postponed the hearing of drone attacks case for one week.
LAHORE (Dunya News):-Special bench of Lahore High Court headed by chief justice Umer Ata Bandyal resumed hearing of the case but the judicial coordinators could not appear in the court due to their personal reasons.
Petitioner’s lawyer A.K Dogar while expressing his resentment said that precious lives are being hit in drone attacks; so this case should be dealt on priority base.
The court has put off the hearing of the case for one week with the direction that judicial coordinators should be presented in the court on next hearing.
