Summary A writ petition has been filed in Lahore High Court for arrest of MQM chief by Interpol.
LAHORE (Dunya News):-Advocate Fiaz Mahr on the part of the petitioner took stance in his petition that Altaf Hussain has hatched conspiracy to disintegrate the country by anti Pakistan statements. Such person is not entitled to form or lead a political party.
On this ground, the petitioner prayed to the court to impose ban on the MQM and issue order for arrest the Mutahidda Qaumi Movement leader so that he may be brought to justice by fair trial here in Pakistan.
