ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Supreme Court (SC) will resume hearing of six identical petitions on Monday against former president Gen (retd) Pervez Musharraf for subverting and holding the Constitution in abeyance.
A three-member bench of the Supreme Court, headed by Justice Jawwad S Khawaja will take up the treason case against former army chief.
All the three lawyers representing the former army chief had completed their arguments in the case while Pervez Musharraf had also submitted his written reply in the apex court.
