Summary Complaint against former president Pervez Musharraf in judges detention case has been withdrawn.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Advocate Chaudhry Mohammad Aslam Ghumman, who had filed a petition against former president Gen (retd) Pervez Musharraf in the judges’ detention case, has withdrawn his complaint.
Addressing a press conference in Islamabad, Aslam Ghumman said that he had decided not to pursue judges’ detention case keeping in mind the national interest as the country was already facing various crisis.
