Summary Ex-prime minister Raja Pervez Ashraf could not present in the NAB court due to sickness.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News):-Former prime minister did not appear in the NAB court in person regarding Rental Power Case as temperamentally he was not feeling well.
According to NAB sources, Raja Pervez Ashraf has apologized to appear in the court as he was medically unfit to shoulder his responsibility in this regard; that is why he submitted his justification in the NAB.
It is worthy of note that National Accountability Bureau on the direction of Supreme Court is conducting an inquiry against former prime minister Pervez Ashraf who is accused of committing corruption of Rs 22 billion in rental power stations.
The Supreme Court also has put the names of accused on the Exit Control List.
