ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Former military ruler Pervez Musharraf on Wednesday stopped his lawyers from further arguing in court in the treason case against him.
A three-member bench of the apex court, headed by Justice Jawwad S. Khawaja, resumed hearing the case which seeks to try the former president under Article 6 of the Constitution.
During case proceeding, the bench directed Pervez Musharraf to submit his written answer by today as to who is the real counsel arguing for him.
The bench also ordered that Pervez Musharraf could be summoned to be present in person in the apex court.
The court noted that there is contradiction in the arguments presented by Musharraf s three counsels.
