Summary Seventh interim challan has been prepared regarding Benazir murder case.
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News):-Former president Pervez Musharraf has been declared main accused in the aforesaid case.
The challan is likely to be submitted in the Anti Terrorism Court on May 3.
The interim challan prepared during investigation has declared Pervez Musharraf guilty. It has been said in the challan that former president assembled fake and fabricate stories and held others responsible for the murder of Benazir murder.
However, the name of Pervez Musharraf has been put in section three after removing from section two which is usually used for declared offenders.
On the other hand, the FIA has prepared questionnaire in order to conduct an inquiry from former interior minister Rehman Malik.
So far as ex-chief minister Chaudhry Pervez Elahi’s statement is concerned, he has already recorded his statements which have been part of the record.
It is worthy of note that Pervez Musharraf was bound to appear before the court but due to security risk, he was not taken to the court in this regard.
