ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan issued summon notices to Attorney General Irfan Qadir and Asma Jahangir to in a case pertaining to the appointment of Fasih Bokhari as National Accountability Bureau (NAB) chief.
The five-member larger bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry resumed hearing of the petition today (Monday).
During case proceeding, the court summoned Attorney General Irfan Qadir and Asma Jahangir to appear in the next hearing on Tuesday.
