ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Islamabad High Court (IHC) Friday adjourned the hearing of Pervez Musharraf escape case until April 29, as the interior ministry failed to present any report against the Islamabad IG.
Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui during the hearing today remarked that non-compliance of court orders could make negative impacts.
Interior ministry’s section officer Malik Muhammad Ali appeared in the court. Ministry officials told the court that Supreme Court’s written orders were not received and therefore, the reply could not be prepared besides the documents for legal advice have been sent to the ministry of law.
The court adjourned the hearing till April 29.
