ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Supreme Court will announce its decision on the appointment of chairman of Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) today.
The appointment of chairman of Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, Muhammad Ali, was challenged in the court by a former officer of SECP, alleging that his appointment was made in violation of rules and regulations.
During the previous hearing the court has reserved its judgment in the case which will be announced today.
