KARACHI (Dunya News) - Former president Pervez Musharraf has filed appeal against the verdict of Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) about rejection of his nomination papers from NA-250.
He filed appeal in Sindh High Court (SHC) and adopted the stance that the decision did not fulfill principles of justice, adding the decision of Returning Officer was based on baseless allegations.
The complainants filed objections against Musharraf seeking rejection of his nomination papers allegedly involved in Benazir Bhutto murder, Akbar Bugti killing and Lal Masjid operation.
