KARACHI (Dunya News):- Observing the report submitted by the Election Commission, the Sindh High Court adjourned the hearing of petition filed by Mureed Hussain Shah for delimitation of district Nowshero Feroz’s electoral constituencies.
The Election Commission submitted its report before the division bench of Sindh High Court comprising Justice Maqbool Baqir and Justice Farooq Ali Shah regarding delimitation district Nowshero Feroz’s electoral constituencies.
According to the report, more than one hundred people stood against the public hearing regarding delimitation of electoral constituencies. If the court issues an order in this regard, the Election Commission would be able to implement the order in its true spirit.
The court while hearing the preliminary arguments has ordered the Election Commission and petitioner Mureed Hussein Shah to appear in the court on April 15 for further proceeding.
