Summary Lower court in Karachi put off hearing of dual nationality case against Rehman Malik till April 19.
KARACHI (Dunya News):-Former interior minister Rehman Malik along with ex-additional chief secretary Sindh Wasim Ahmad appeared in the court of District And Sessions Judged South Shahid Shafiq; however the case could not be heard due to lawyers’ boycott of courts proceedings.
The court ordered Rehman Malik to appear in the court in person on next date; so that proper step may be taken regarding indictment case against him.
The same court also conducted hearing of dual nationality case against Nadia Gabool and PPP’s Farah Naz Asfahani and adjourned hearing till April 18.
