LAHORE (Dunya News) - The Lahore High Court issued notice to the Ministry of Religious Affairs for April 11, on a petition challenging the increase in Hajj expenses for Hajj 2013.
The petitioner informed the court that hajj expenses had been increased and the private tour operators had been charging more than one hundred thousand rupees. He prayed to the court to take action over increasing expenses of Hajj, a religious obligation.
The court after recording the arguments of the petitioner issued notice to Ministry of Religious Affairs and fixed the next date as April 11.
