Summary PPP leader Khursheed Shah boycotted party meeting after differences over awarding party tickets.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – The meeting of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) parliamentary board was held in Karachi on Friday during which Khursheed Shah expressed reservation over awarding of party tickets to some candidates for the upcoming general elections.
The sources said that PPP senior leader Khursheed Shah wanted to contest election from PS-4 but he was denied the party ticket from that constituency while party ticket for PS-1 was awarded to Agha Mohsin instead of Dr Nasrullah. Khursheed Shah got annoyed on these decisions and boycotted the party meeting in protest.
