ISLAMABAD (Online): Process of filing of Nomination Papers by the candidates for general elections continues throughout the country.
Under the revised election schedule, March 31, 2013 (Sunday) is the last day for filing the nomination papers
Scrutiny of nomination papers would be made from 1st to 7th of next month and objections could be filed up to 10th of next month.
Appeals against rejection of nomination papers could be filed from 8th to 10th of next month.
The Election Tribunals will decide the appeals by April 17. The candidates will be allowed to withdraw their nomination by April 18.
Final list of candidates would be issued on 19th of next month.
Polling would be held on 11th of May as announced earlier.
