Summary The ECP on Tuesday barred president and governors from taking part in election-related gatherings.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News): In this regard, the ECP issued a notification under which President of Pakistan and four provincial governors have been barred from attending election-related rallies.
The same restriction will also be applicable to Caretaker Prime Minister, Chairman Senate, Deputy Chairman Senate, interim chief ministers and Advisors to Prime Minister.
The ECP has also put a ban on individual transfer and posting throughout the country.
