Summary The Supreme Court will resume hearing the Joseph Colony, Badami Bagh suo moto case today.
A three-member Supreme Court bench, headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, will resume hearing the Badami Bagh suo moto case today.
During previous hearing, Chief Justice had rejected Acting Inspector General of Punjab report on Badami Bagh incident and remarked that the court was told such stories which no one would believe. The Chief Justice question that why the area was cleared after registration of FIR.
