Summary Says PPP neglected him, it is no more the party of Mohrama Benazir Bhutto.
KARACHI: (Dunya news) Addressing a press conference at MQM headquarter at 90, along with Farooq Sattar, Nabil Gabol announced his joining the MQM.
He said he was saying goodbye to PPP because it was no more the party of Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto.
Gabol said MQM Quaid Altaf Hussain had always been kind to him whereas PPP had always ignored him.
He regretted that he could not do anything for the people of Layari because of the non-cooperative attitude of Pakistan People’s Party government.
He said he had been thinking to leave PPP for the last one year and many political parties had contacted him but he decided to join MQM because of the sincerity of its leaders and workers.
“MQM is not the party of any particular ethnic group,” he said.
He said taking message of MQM to all sections of society would be his mission.
“Restoration of peace in Karachi with the cooperation of MQM and other parties will be my mission,” he said.
He assured Sindhis and Balochs living in Layari that every effort would be made to give them sense of security.
Speaking on the occasion, Farooq Sattar said MQM is a national party and after Naved Gabool’s joining of MQM its message would spread across Sindh.
Sattar said conspiracies against people of Karachi and Sindh would be foiled, adding all misunderstandings between various groups living in Sindh and Karachi would be removed.
