Summary PM met with CMs of Sindh, Punjab, Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to discuss caretaker setup.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf held meeting with the four chief ministers of Qaim Ali Shah, Shahbaz Sharif, Amer Haider Khan Hoti and Aslam Raisani to discuss caretaker setup and dissolution of all the four provincial assemblies on the same day.
According to sources, after initial disagreement the CMs acceded to prime miister s suggestion to dissolve the assemblies on the same day.
It has been also learnt that consultations over the caretaker set up and the upcoming general elections have been completed and the general elections will be held on the same day.
The meeting also discussed Balochistan’s law and order situation.
The Prime Minister Raja perviaz Ashraf congratulated the chief ministers of the four provinces over the agreement and termed it a good oman for the country.
