KARACHI (Dunya News) - Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Saturday stopped the new prosecutor from representing in the Shahzeb murder case.
During case proceeding, special public prosecutor submitted a written explanation over his removal and informed court that Law Department’s Manzoor Gopang had stopped him from representing the case.
Plaintiff’s lawyer Faisal Siddiqui objected to the change of prosecutor, saying that the case has entered into a crucial stage where it could prove to be harmful.
Later, the case hearing was adjourned till Monday after plaintiff s lawyer expressed reservations over new prsecutor.
