According to details, a heavy contingent of Rangers launched targeted operation in Mehran Town area of Korangi on Wednesday night and conducted house-to-house search.
All the entry and exit point in the area were sealed before the launching of operation. More that 300 personnel of Bhatai Rangers took part in the operation.
Earlier, police launched targeted operations in Orangi Town, Pathan Colony, Metrowell, Pirabad and other areas and arrested 24 suspects. Police also recovered arms from their possession.
