Summary A three-member Supreme Court bench is hearing Badami Bagh suo motu case.

 

Taking suo motu notice of Badami Bagh incident in which dozens of houses of Christian community were set on fire by miscreants, Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry had ordered the Advocate General and IG Punjab to submit their reports regarding the shameful incident.

 

A three-member bench of the Supreme Court, headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, will start hearing of the case today (Monday).
