Summary Police have registered case against unidentified person for torching Christians’ homes in Lahore.
Almost all houses in Joseph Colony in Badami Bagh area of Lahore, belonging to the Christian community, were vandalised and burnt by a mob on Saturday over alleged blasphemy committed by a Christian man.
According to SP City, Imtiaz Sarwar, a case has been registered against unidentified culprits in this regard. He further said that the accused involved in the incident will be arrested after watchin CCTV footage and recording statements of eye-witnesses. He said that special teams have been formed in this regard.
According to polices officials, dozens of suspects allegedly involved in torturing homes have been arrested.
