ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf has requested the Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry to form judicial commission under the supervision of Shoaib Suddle in Rental Power Plant (RPP) case.
In a letter sent to Chief Justice, PM Raja said he never attempted to influence the investigation being carried out by National Accountability Bureau (NAB), demanding the formation of independent commission to unveil the real facts in the case.
Defending his request, he said that the court had already appointed Shoaib Suddle in Arsalan Iftikhar case, adding that the SC had never objected to the investigation carried out under his supervision.
