Train march by opposition parties leaves for Rawalpindi

Summary The train march, which started from Karachi on Sunday, had reached Lahore on Tuesday evening.


LAHORE (Dunya News): The opposition parties’ train march against non-implementation of the Supreme Court orders over the de-limitation of new constituencies in Karachi left for Islamabad on Wednesday.

 

The participants of the march were accorded warmed welcome as it reached Lahore Station. Activists of different political parties carrying flags and banners welcomed the marchers and chanted slogans.

 

Speaking on the occasion speakers said they would present a memorandum to the Election Commissioner with regard to the apex court orders in Islamabad.
