Summary ECP says party now eligible to apply for symbol.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan has submitted a consolidated statement of party-accounts, 2010, to the Election Commission of Pakistan.
MQM did so under Article 13 of the Political Parties Order, 2002.
The consolidated statement was pending according to the record available in the ECP.
After the submission of all the consolidated statements of accounts of the party for the year 2008 to 2012, the party name of Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan has now been included in the list of political parties eligible to apply for getting symbol in the forthcoming General Elections.
