KARACHI (Dunya News) - The Supreme Court while hearing Karachi law and order case on Tuesday issued a show-cause notice to Inspector General Police Sindh Fayyaz Ahmed Leghari over submitting an ‘incomplete’ report.
A five-member larger bench bench resumed hearing of the case at SC’s Karachi Registry.
The notice was issued to Sindh IG over failure to produce the details of other officials involved in crimes.
The bench maintained that the report by the IG on proceedings against 423 criminals failed to mention the role of SSP Farrukh Bashir and SSP Pir Farid Jan.
