ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Hearing the contempt case against the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) chairman, the Supreme Court has sought another reply from Fasih Bokhari.
A three-member bench of apex court headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry heard the contempt case today (Monday).
During the course of proceedings, the CJP asked the NAB chairman to submit his reply or else the court would consider he was short of arguments.
The NAB chairman replied that he had submitted the reply but the registrar raised objections on it.
Conversing with Fasih Bokhari, the chief justice said that the registrar will have to raise objections when you will talk against constitutional institutions, adding that the institutions should not be ridiculed.
