Summary Lahore High Court (LHC) Justice Anwaarul Haq has refused to hear Ghulam Sarwar’s fake degree case.
LAHORE: LHC Justice Anwaarul Haq refused to hear a case of fake degree against former minister Ghulam Sarwar and returned the case to Chief Justice LHC.
The court when resumed the hearing of the case was told by the plaintiff and former minister Ghulam Sarwar that case regarding his fake degree was instituted for political revenge. He urged the court to stop the investigation till the verdict on his petition.
Prosecutor General Punjab said that fake degree charge against Ghulam Sarwar has been proved therefore his pre-arrest bail should be annulled.
The judge disposed off Ghulam Sarwar’s petition for stopping the investigation, excused to further hear the case and sent the issue back to LHC chief justice.
