Summary Sherry Rehman has termed drone attacks a violation of Pakistan’s sovereignty and international laws.
WASHINGTON: Pakistan’s Ambassador to US Sherry Rehman said that CIA drone strikes in Pakistani area were “a clear violation of Pakistan’s sovereignty and a violation of international laws.
Talking to a US newspaper, Sherry said that drone strikes were also affecting stable relations between Islamabad and Washington.
The persistent reports that Pakistan has tacitly approved the strikes while publicly denouncing them are untrue, Sherry added.
