ISLAMABAD: The Pakistani army director of military operations will call his Indian counterpart on Wednesday to complain about the latest killing of a Pakistani soldier in Kashmir.
A statement from the Pakistani army said that he would "protest strongly" about the killing on Tuesday.
Indian troops again resorted to cease fire violation and carried out unprovoked firing on Tuesday evening at Line of Control in Hot Spring and Jandrot sectors.
Resultantly Naik Ashraf embraced Shahadat at Kundi Post due to unprovoked Indian firing.
Naik Ashraf is survived by a wife and 3 daughters.
Three Pakistani and two Indian soldiers have been killed in the clashes since the beginning of the year.
