Summary Irfan Qadir was addressing the media following SC's verdict in IHC judges case.
ISLAMABAD: The attorney general (AG) Irfan Qadir has said that no federal institution can issue notification of appointment without the orders of president, adding that a notification without presidential orders holds no value.
He was addressing media after the Supreme Court announced verdict in IHC judges appointment case.
Irfan said that the president has taken oath under the constitution, not the Supreme Court. He further said that the president has to look into the matter of judges’ appointment in the light of constitution too.
