A two-member bench comprising Justice Khilji Arif Hussain and Justice Jawad S Khawaja was hearing the Ogra implementation case.
Earlier today, Justice Jawwad S. Khawaja had remarked that notices were issued to both the officials over the non-arrest of former Ogra chief and warned that the court could order for the arrest of the officials, if they failed to appear before the bench.
On Dec 11, IG Motorway was directed to submit a report in the case pertaining to the orders for the arrest of the former Ogra chairman.
Meanwhile, a high official apprised the court that Punjab IG has left for Islamabad from Lahore, adding that he will reach the court by 1PM.
