DPC holds rally against MFN status to India

Summary DPC organised a rally from Masjid-e-Shuhada to Wagah on Sunday.

 

LAHORE: Defense of Pakistan Council (DPC) held  a rally from Masjid-e-Shuhada to Wagah to protest against the government’s decision to give MFN status to India.

 

Jamat-ud-Dawa chief Hafiz Muhammad Saeed, Hameed Gul, JUI-S chief Maulana Samiul Haq and other leaders participated in the meeting.

 

Earlier, the leaders held a press conference and vowed to launch a countrywide movement against the government for giving MFN status to India, saying that the enemy was hatching conspiracies against Pakistan but the rulers were compromising national interests.
 

Adressing the rally prof Hafiz Saeed said India is an enemy of Pakistan and can never be its friend.

 

He said India was interfering in Balochistan.
