Summary Rehman Malik says that Pakistan should be made aware of progress into Dr Imran Farooq murder case.

 

ISLAMABAD:-The Interior Minister has written a letter to the British government, seeking that Pakistan should be updated about investigation made in Dr Imran Farooq murder case.

 

Talking to the media in Karachi, the Minister for Interior said that trial of Benazir Bhutto murder case was underway for four years, adding that BB’s killers have been arrested.

 

He said that law enforcement agencies are authorised to raid at any office regarding Imran Farooq’s murder case.

 

He contended that verification of voters and delimitation of new constituencies should be maintained throughout the country.

 

He accused that Shahbaz Sharif has been involved in high-level corruption.

 

The federal minister also warned that miscreants may create law and order situation once again in Karachi; therefore special arrangements are being made as precautionary measures.

 

He said that the IG Sindh had been directed for stern action to curb target killing, extortion and other crimes in the metropolis.
