Summary Federal Ombudsman moves against Malik Riaz and Arslan Chaudhry for tax evasion.
ISLAMABAD: Federal Tax Ombudsman has decided to take action against real estate tycoon Malik Riaz and CJP s son Dr Arslan Iftikhar, Dunya News reported on Tuesday.
The Suddle Commission in its report had revealed that Malik Riaz has evaded taxes worth Rs119 billion and Arsalan Iftikhar evaded Rs50 million tax.
While reacting to this, the Federal Tax Ombudsman said the issue of tax evasion could not be left unattended.
Federal Tax Ombudsman has also decided to call in the Federal Board of Revenue to take necessary action into the matter.
