Summary At least 10 people were killed in incidents of violence in different parts of Karachi.

 

Target killing and other incidents of violence continue to take the innocent lives in the Karachi as 10 more people were killed on Monday.

 

According to details, some unidentified gunmen riding on motorcycles opened firing and severely injured three Rangers officials in Sohrab Goth area. Two of the injured succumbed to their wounds when they were being shifted to hospital.

 

In another incident, a man namely Hajan Ali died when some unidentified people opened fire at a shop in Quaidabad area while a mutilated dead body of a youth was found from Maripur area. According to police, the victim was murdered after kidnapped by unknown people.

 

Meanwhile, a man Hamza Khan was shot dead in Nusrat Bhutto Colony while a Muhammad Zahid was gunned down in Garden area.

 

A police official Abbas Naqvi was killed in firing in Gulbahar Colony. His dead body was shifted to hospital for further procedure.

 

Moreover, a man was shot dead near Jail Chorangi who could not be identified. His dead body was shifted to hospital.

 

Meanwhile, some unidentified motorcyclists hurled a cracker outside a sop near Tibet Centre. The blast damaged the shop and glasses of nearby building were broken. No loss of life was reported in the incident.

 

In Orangi Town No 5 some unidentified miscreants hurled two crackers due to which a man was wounded. Meanwhile CID police conducted a raid in Docks area and arrested four accused, including two members of a banned organization. Arms were also recovered from accused.
