Summary ATC on Monday rejected the plea to transfer Bugti murder case to Sessions Court.
QUETTA: Judge, Anti-Terrorist Court No. 1, Muhammad Ismail headed the hearing of the case, while former federal minister Aftab Ahmad Sherpao and former provincial home minister Mir Shoaib Nausherwani presented before the court.
Former federal minister Aftab Ahmad Sherpao pleaded to the court to transfer hearing of Nawab Muhammad Akbar Khan Bugti’s murder case to Session Court or any other court.
The judge in his remarks said that Bugti’s murder case comes under the Anti-Terrorist Court and rejected the plea of the former federal minister.
Counsel Sohail Ahmad Rajpoot Advocate appeared before the court for the side of the petitioner Nawabzada Jamil Akbar Khan Bugti.
Later on, the court adjourned the case till December 21.
